Billing Policy

1. Plans and Charges

HiredFast offers a free plan and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are charged in advance on a recurring basis until canceled. We may also offer one-time add-ons such as 5-pack top-ups for extra Pro volume. Applicable taxes may be added where required by law.

2. Free Trials and Auto-Renewal

If a plan includes a free trial, your subscription converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial end time.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from the dashboard billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

4. Refund Policy

Payments for subscriptions and one-time add-ons are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds in specific situations:

  • Where a refund is required by applicable law
  • Duplicate charges or clear billing errors
  • Service-side technical failure that prevented reasonable use after payment
  • Courtesy exceptions approved by our support team

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when possible.

5. Failed Payments and Access

If a payment fails, we may retry charges through our payment provider. Plan access may be limited based on subscription status until payment is resolved.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Contact support before filing a chargeback so we can resolve issues quickly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

7. Price Changes

We may update pricing with advance notice. Continued use after the effective date of a pricing change means you accept the updated price.
