1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HiredFast ("the Service"), operated by JMV Labs LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

HiredFast is an AI-powered resume tailoring platform that helps users create customized resumes based on job descriptions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze job postings and generate tailored resume content.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account and delete their data.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Trials, and Refunds

The Service offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans auto-renew until canceled. By purchasing, you agree to recurring billing and the policy terms below.

Free Trial: If offered, trial access converts automatically to a paid plan unless canceled before trial end.
Recurring Billing: You authorize recurring charges to your payment method for your selected plan.
Cancellation: You may cancel from your dashboard billing portal. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at period end unless required otherwise by law.
Refunds: Charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law, in duplicate-charge/error cases, or when we approve an exception under our Billing Policy.
Price Changes: We may update pricing with advance notice. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance of updated pricing.
Processor: Payments are processed by Stripe and payment details are handled by Stripe directly.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including your resume information, skills, and work history. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process this content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You represent and warrant that your content is accurate and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content may require review and editing
You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of generated content
We do not guarantee employment outcomes from using the Service
Generated resumes should be reviewed before submission to employers

9. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JMV Labs LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JMV Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

14. Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent to data processing at any time by:

Deleting your account from your profile settings, which removes all personal data from our active systems
Exporting your data before deletion using the data export feature on your dashboard
Contacting us at privacy@hiredfast.app to request specific data processing restrictions

Withdrawing consent may limit or prevent your use of certain features of the Service.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Florida.
